Oh no! cruijff14 beat me by 10,000 points! I must reclaim the throne!
Just letting you all know, we play our own game too. This helps us see how our game functions from your point of view. Here’s some proof:

That’s me there – Pixel Sage. I just got the high score on the hardest track of Dave Matthews Band Revenge. And I’ve only played it twice since May. Of course, seeing as some of you are just purely insane, I’m sure someone will beat my score within 24 hours of this blog post. After all, extreme tracks have jumped in difficulty since DMB Revenge came out.
Yup, this is an open challenge to all players! As a prize, you will get your username displayed above mine in the scoring chart. (ha. haha. O_o)
Check this out! I made that icon! I think this is officially my first piece of work to show up at an Apple event.

Thanks to Engadget for the pictures. For those of you living under a rock (which is okay if you play TTR all day), Apple unveiled its new tablet, the iPad.
Check out the live coverage.
Looks like one of our fellow tappers, known on twitter as @randomslagathor, had a chance to interrogate Ed. Props to Ed for taking his spare time to do this interview. You guys have no clue how much work this guy has!
Proceed to the interview.
Let’s face it. A good number of you are great musicians, which is why you love Tap Tap Revenge so much. (Others of you just love it purely because it is awesome). Some of you can play the piano well. Others of you can sing well. A few of you can scream well. Whatever it is, email a link of your performance to ernest@taptapblog.com, and you just might find yourself appear on this blog.
Also, if you have a friend who plays music, or know of some good indie bands, let them know. Never hurts to get some exposure. Okay, sometimes it hurts, but not in this case.
Edit: Please only submit your own work. If you have a band or a friend who has work they’d like to submit, please have them do so. Thanks!
*Disclaimer: I am not responsible if you cannot read this fine print. I do not plan to respond to each individual email. Please do not pester me if your video does not appear. I am not particularly fond of vulgar language. A video of you playing TTR does not make you a qualifying musician.
Introducing Jackie Chan Revenge!
Okay, no. I found this mockup laying around, and thought I’d share it with you as an example of the hard work we put into our art here at Tapulous.
The main reason I posted this was because I just discovered that my childhood hero, Jackie Chan, has a Twitter. And it is totally legit.
Who knows… a Jackie Chan Revenge might actually make an awesome game. If anything, it’d make a great movie title. Just imagine… a dramatic scenery of Jackie beating the living daylights out of his opponents in TTR.
